Our Story
Measure Built was founded with a simple goal: to deliver accurate, reliable drawings that professionals can confidently build from.
Since 2017, we have been working across residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland — supporting everything from small renovations to large-scale developments.
With a background in construction and formal training in architectural drafting and modeling at BCIT, we understand both how buildings are constructed and how drawings are used in practice. This allows us to deliver work that is not only accurate, but also practical and aligned with real project needs.

Emil leads all projects, from site measurements to final drawing delivery. With a background in construction and training in architectural drafting at BCIT, he ensures every project is captured accurately and delivered to a professional standard.
Olha is responsible for processing laser scan data and developing accurate 3D models and Revit deliverables. She plays a key role in translating point cloud data into clean, structured drawings ready for design and coordination.
